For the Romanian justice, the dominant note of the last two decades is still, unfortunately, and without a doubt, the indecision. The reformative wave was, in opposition with all other segments of social life, although very compelling in theory, completely uninspired in reality.rnIn the long term, the effects of such an approach still remain poorly defined, and issuing a warning to that effect is required as an immediate need. A true reform can only be a realistic one, which implies recognizing the negative aspects within the system, acknowledging of risks and formulating of remedies, effective accountability and, above all, achieving a balance between expectations and results.
