Navigational system of the International Space Station (ISS) is represented. Both Russian and American traditional tracking station mission control center ground ballistic facilities are used. In addition, the flight control systems of the ISS Russian segment and USOS are equipped with Global Positioning Systems (GPS-GLONASS for ISS RS and GPS for ISS USOS), which provide correction of the current state vector and flight time. A description of the ISS Guidance, Navigation and Control system which consists of two segments: American and Russian, is provided. Each of these two systems contains its own means used to define attitude and navigation. This report provides description of these means; primary results of flight tests are represented, outlook for the future development of the system is reviewed.
