PURPOSE: To prevent completely the difference of registration date of a new vessel earth station, oversight of registration and misregistration in each coast earth station and to save the labor of the operator of each coast satellite station. ;CONSTITUTION: The vessel earth station data transmission section 7 of a communication network management station 1 sends the registration data of a new vessel earth station 3 to all coast earth stations 2 of a service sea area via a common signaling channel 5 between the communication network management station 1 and a satellite 4. The vessel earth data reception confirmation section 8 of the coast earth station 2 receives registration data of the new vessel earth station 3 and returns an acknowledge signal to the communication network management station 1 via an own signaling channel 6 corresponding to the coast earth station 2 at normal reception. The vessel earth station data write section 9 of the coast earth station 2 registers the received registration data to a storage section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
