摘要

Problems of development of precise and inexpensive solid-state sensors for satellites, oil drilling and other applications are still urgent. Their solution determined by creature of such technological-design schemes of the instruments, which are, on the one hand, based on work out technological processes, and, on the other hand, - on results of applied theory and schemotechnique of devices like HRG. In particular, over 20-years experience of STM experts in creature of such state-of-art instruments from quartz glass can be effectively transferred onto new technologies. It is especially essential for Ukraine, aiming to develop its own small and middle business, effectively participating in international projects and investments.
