The basic results of carrying out of experiment and processing of its results are: 1. Serviceability of samples of the navigating receiver in Northern region and specificities of accommodation of the navigating equipment on the ship is checked up. Some lacks of work of the navigating equipment and a software are established. 2. The circuit of connection of the navigating and coherent equipment is developed and practically realized by the ship. Realization of the given circuit has allowed to reduce up to a minimum breaks in work of the navigating equipment, caused by absence of an electric voltage at switching operating modes of diesel engines - generators of the ship. 3. During transition great volume of the measuring and navigating information from all samples of the navigating equipment is collected. 5.On measurements two-frequency GLONASS/GPS receivers trajectories of movement of the phase centers of antennas of the given receivers are constructed during transition. 4. Accuracy of binding PC A of two-frequency receivers during parking in Cuvshinskaya Salma 's bay to points of International network IGS makes, approximately, 40 sm. 5. Accuracy of construction of trajectories PCA of the two-frequency receivers received by a method of a relative binding with use of the double differences of code measurements, smoothed with the phase measurements, makes, in the plan, approximately, 2.8 - 4 meters at the distance from the base point, about, 1500 - 1700km.7. Estimations of accuracy of positioning of receiver MT-102 included in the navigating equipment of the ship, in differential and absolute operating modes which make 2-3 meters in scheduled coordinates are received. 9. At work of the unifrequent equipment both in independent, and in a differential and relative mode (on bases more than 1000 km), basic differences in accuracy of definition of scheduled coordinates were not observed. Rms concerning the decision accepted for reference, in all cases were in a range of 1.5-2.9 m. It is necessary to notice, that though the most part of the processed data has been collected in high latitudes, in conditions of Far North, any specific effects at processing results of experiment is not marked. On all sites used for the comparative analysis, work of the receivers used in experiment, passed regulary, and accuracy of coordinate definitions did not concede to the results, received on tests in moderate latitudes. 10. Characteristics of quality of satellite navigation are received during transition - quantityof visible navigating satellites of systems GLONASS/GPS and geometrical factors. It is established, that qualitative navigation during transition was provided at use of systems GPS/GLONASS and GPS. Breaks in navigation with use of system GLONASS made from three till ten o'clock in day. Total time of absence of navigation on system GLONASS for the period of transition from 12.08.06 till has made, approximately, 79 hours that makes, approximately, 17 % from common time of transition.
