摘要

We describe sources of scale factory non-linearity in closed-loop interferometric fiber optic gyro(IFOG), which include the electrical cross-coupling, the non-linearity of integrated-optic chip(IOC) and digital-to-analog converter(DAC), when the input rotation rate is low. Futhermore , a method to improve the performance of scale factor linearity of IFOG is provided. Test results are shown, in which the successful improvement is realized.
