The long fibrous stuff cubing industry may contribute to the solution of the unbalanced distribution problem of forage grass in farming area and pastoral area, which evokes more and more close attention nowadays. The factors to affect the cube formation process of long fibrous stuff are expounded from the aspects of the characteristics of long fibrous material, the geometric parameters of the ring matrix and the clearance between roller and ring matrix so as to provide theoretical basis for the design of cuber and the proper use of its and increase the quality of forage cube and the productivity.
