摘要

Institutional change results from the co-functioning of the demand induced by external revenues and the supply of the subject. In the process of change, development path is easily subjected to the restriction of primal stage, thus innovation is indispensable. As far as China’s family business is concerned, only continuous institutional innovation, besides applying the way of inducing institutional change and compulsive institutional change, can avert locking in the inefficient condition.

机译：制度的变化是由外部收入和主体的供给引起的需求协同作用的结果。在变革的过程中，发展路径很容易受到原始阶段的制约，因此创新是必不可少的。就中国的家族企业而言，只有采用持续的制度创新，才能采用诱发制度变迁和强制性制度变迁的方式，才能避免陷入低效状态。
