In this paper, an electrostatic discharge (ESD) electromagnetic field measurement system, based on the IEC61000-4-2 electrostatic current waveform calibration setup , is established using an electrically short monopole and a magnetic small loop etc. The distribution characteristic of the field radiated by ESD is obtained by analyzing the measurement results and by comparing them with the theoretical computation results.
