Developing with the electronic technology, general instrument is becoming more intelligent and fast. As a widely used measure instrument, oscilloscope is evolved to digital storage oscilloscope (DSO). In the DSO, the software is an important part. In order to realize all kinds of function and improve real-time and reliable performance, choosing a good programming method is key part. In this paper, it describes the embedded real-time multitask programming method in the DSO. The conventional method uses sequence structure in the software of DSO, but there are many problems, in the aspect of real-time performance, the frequency of refresh wave and so on. Now we use the embedded real-time multitask programming method, these problems are resolved perfectly.
