Machining distortion of the large-scale integrated part is one of the most complex manufacturing problems encountered in modern machining engineering. In this paper, the technology strategies to guarantee the part's machining precision are studied. Technologies to constrain and even eliminate machining distortion are first researched. It contains Cryogenic treatment to eliminate residual stress, methods to optimize and compensate for the tool path using FEM simulation and technology for optimization of the part's clamping plan also using FEM simulation method. Second key technology for correcting the part, which is still exceeded the design tolerance when finished, is discussed.
