摘要

The wheel form surface NC dresser in form grinding of revolving curved surface grooves needs three NC axes (two moving axes and a circumrotating axis) ganged function, so the corresponding NC program must be programmed specially. In this paper, firstly the problem how to smooth the section curve of form wheel is solved, and a new curve smoothing technique ----Approximate Double Circular Arc Interpolated Method is introduced. By using the technique, the calculating process can be predigested, and the calculating precision can meet the use need. And the method of circular interpolated programming to ensure the special requirement that the normal vector of the dressing tools must be always in line with the section curve of the wheel is presented.
