The wefts knitted fabrics have been used by people for the long time. The reason for this can be due to its comfort, high elasticity and resiliency, which make them attractive, particularly for sports wears. However, the required elasticity and resiliency of these fabrics for different part of the body such as elbow could be different from other parts of the body. A lot of research works have been made to study the physical and mechanical properties of the weft knitted fabrics (Mirabdollahi, 2000; Ibrahimi, 2000). The importance of these properties is more crucial for sports wear, as they can affect the performance of sportsman/sportswoman. Another important characteristics of these fabrics is their ability to recover under frequent tension imposed to different part of the garment. One of the issues in sewing and preparing the cloths is the cutting angle of the fabric. This affects the appearance, comfort and some physical characteristics of the garments; such as drape, etc. Thus it is essential to extend the studies to this field.
