摘要

Fluidized bed spray granulation is an important process for the formulation of a solid from a liquid starting material.The property of the produced granule like particle structure is depending on the chosen process parameters.Especially in pharmaceutics and food industry specific standards were posed to the granule surface.Depending on the application,the granules should dissolve rapidly or release over a longer period of time the active ingredient.These require differently structured surfaces.As part of this work model substances were used to investigate the influence of different spraying rates and temperatures on the formation of granule surface structures.
