In this paper, RE modified phosphorus-sulfuric acid anodized aluminum alloy surface is promoted, by orthogonal experimental design to adhesive strength and corrosion resistance as the evaluation index, an integrated balance method and the integrated score contrast verification, gained the best RE modified phosphate-sulfuric acid anodizing electrolyte formula is: sulfate 120g/L, phosphoric acid 60g/L, cerium sulfate 0.4g/L, oxalic acid 7g/L. Corresponding optimum process is voltage 22V, temperature 20~25°C, oxidation time 30min, magnetic stirring speed of 300rpm. Anodizing process parameters on the impact of the order is sulfuric acid concentration>cerium sulfate>phosphate acid concentration>oxidation voltage.Microstructure analysis showed that the RE modified anodic oxide film was observed by SEM pore size of about 50~70nm, porosity is about 30%, the surface is uniform and “honeycomb” structure; section even without split ends, hole wall is smooth. EDS test film is mainly composed of Al_2O_3, XRD test shows the generated oxide film is amorphous. The average thickness of the oxide film is up to 50μm, the average surface hardness is 330HV.Adhesion tests show that RE modified anodized aluminum alloy surface has the tensile shear strength of 27MPa, is four times as sandblasting, 1.25 times as the sulfuric-phosphorus acid anodizing. Durability tests showed that after 168h damp heat test, Corrosion tests showed drops of alkaline earth modified anodizing time can reach 170s. RE modified anodized has smaller crack length and fracture energy is higher, the durability is better than that without RE.
