摘要

Three components of polysaccharides were isolated from the juice of Actinidia Chinensis by using of size exclusion chromatography with Sephadex G150 Gel on AEKTA EXPLORER 100 and one polysaccharide component in the residues was also separated in the same way. The use of UV detector as an assistant method to detecting the change of polysaccharides concentration was studied.
