摘要

Since the formal concept of core competence was defined in 1990(Prahalad & hamel, 1990), both scholars and managers have been taken much interest in it, although it has no so marked effort on corporation performance, which beyond the users' expectation. In fact, some corporations are rapidly growing and strong by building core competence, while the others are going astray in a pattern way. The main reason of these phenomena is the lack of a compact theory system an effective evaluation of core competence itself, which makes managers unable to comprehend it overall and clearly.
