Under the market, the final purpose that the shareholder makes equity investment is to pursue the surplus value of the capital, the goal of the enterprises is to seek the maximum of enterprise value. It's important for us to research the intension and influence factor of the enterprise's value. It's also important to find out the characteristic, the procedure and the method of the total value management. All of these there is a realistic meanings in strengthening enterprise's value management.
