In this paper, a new continuation power flow method is proposed to analyze static voltage stability in three-phase unbalanced radial distribution systems. The continuation power flow is useful for evaluating the P-V curves that give the maximum loading point. The proposed method improves the conventional continuation power flow in a way that the arc-length parameterization and nonlinear predictor are used for three-phase unbalanced distribution systems. The proposed method is successfully applied to the IEEE 13-node systems
