We present an integrated detector for chemiluminescently generated light. The detector contains a fluidic network monolithically integrated with backside photodiodes. The detector is used together with a porous polymer enzyme reactor to examine the performance by measuring glucose concentrations in the range of 0.1 g/l to 1 g/l. In this range the system exhibits linear behavior.
