摘要

An analytical process for determining hydrogen peroxide in aqueous solutions or for determining organic substrates which are enzymatically oxidized with the formation of hydrogen peroxide. The process is based on the peroxidase catalyzed cleaving of the CF bond of an organic fluoro-compound with simultaneous formation of F-anions. The rate of such formation is in direct relationship to the amount of H202 to be measured and is determined by means of a F-selectively sensitive electrode.
