摘要

The paper surveys 150 questionnaires on psychological states of employees to be dismissed. The results of the study shows: (a) The male suffers less negative psychological states than the female; (b) The married individual suffers less positive psychological states than the single; (c) The psychological well-being of individuals is a negative association with age, a positive association with degree; (d) The focus on the problems of unemployment is not gender, age, marriage but degree.
