摘要

For ZD LF,the pulse energy is the most important factor Influences the bendlnt antles of laser forming In the pulse parameters. In the Interactive time between laser beam and the sheet; the absorbed energy of the sheet Is the main determinant of the temperature gradient with a certain scanning velocity. The bending angle firstly Increases with the pulse energy Increasing and begins to decrease at a certain grocessing Parameters,as there Is a certain pulse energy parameter resulting In a maximum bending angle for a certain material and processing parameters. The process of 3D laser forming Is extremely complex.Many complex shapes have been ptoduced using laser line heat Including saddle shap spherical dome.The scanning strategy lmproved to be the main Iniuencing fact.
