摘要

The purpose of the study was to determine how former Agriculture students perceived the education they received at UMES. The sample was fifty-nine alumni who graduated between the years of 1970 and 1985. The instrument used to collect data was a mailed questionnaire. The data was analyzed, using the SPSS-X Statistical Package for Social Scientists.;The data suggested that several aspects of UMES could have or should have been improved. The findings indicated that former students felt that the strongest aspect of UMES was the student-teacher ratio. The findings also indicated that the alumni felt that the University administration and out-of-date facilities were the weakest aspects of UMES. The respondents also listed curriculum changes that they perceived should have been made.
