This project develops best practice lessons designed to stimulate student interest in science through fun, real, relevant instruction. It is specifically designed to reach students with poor academic histories in science, but is also useful to motivate higher functioning students in understanding complex concepts. Using high interest topics like chocolate, sex, and music, lessons are designed to capture student interest and increase intrinsic motivation while at the same time maintaining educational standards and curriculum requirements.
