加强非传统安全合作,是中国东盟战略伙伴关系的重要组成部分.21 世纪以来,中国东盟非传统安全合作取得了显著的成果,有效提升了应对非传统安全威胁的能力.党的十八大以来,在中国提出与相关国家共同建设"一带一路"倡议的背景下,中国东盟非传统安全合作迎来了新的契机.新背景下,要进一步提升中国东盟非传统安全合作的体制机制建设,加强顶层设计.借助"一带一路"倡议,加强区域公共物品供给,为中国东盟非传统安全合作创造良好的基础保障.%Improving non-traditional security cooperation is an important part of the strategic partnership between China and ASEAN.Since the new century,the non-traditional security cooperation of China and ASEAN has achieved remarkable a-chievements,effectively improving the ability to deal with the threat of non-traditional security.Since the 18th National Con-gress of the Communist Party of China,China has proposed the Belt and Road Initiative,which ushered in a new opportunity for the non-traditional security cooperation between China and ASEAN.Under this new background,we should further enhance the construction of the institutional mechanism of China ASEAN non-traditional security cooperation and strengthen the top-level design.In addition,with the help of the "Belt and Road"initiative,regional public goods supply should be strengthened to cre-ate a good basis for the cooperation.
