After years of rapid growth, whether China′s future economic and social development is sustainable, can it successfully complete the economic growth level of the process and achieve the transformation and upgrading to cross the wall of high income, all of those are serious problems to be further explored. Stand in the theory of labor division, whether Chinese economy can keep growing and entering into high income society is the problem of whether the division level can continue to deepen. And the"Differentiation Mode" of social system and thus accompanied by social structure and governance mode have an important influence on the status of labor division. Only in the modern social function differentiation type, can really get rid of restrictions on deepening the division of labor in order to promote the deepening of division of labor brings infinite, sustained economic growth. In order to successfully enter into the high-in⁃come countries and achieve innovation and transformation and upgrading, China needs to continue deepening the division of labor and enhancing the specialization level, the realization of transformation of social differentiation from hierarchy to function, the realization of social structure from Pyramid gradually transition to the network, and the function of governance mode from generalization to differentia⁃tion. So to break the official standard system, promote the departure of public affairs separate, separate government agency and govern⁃ment are the priorities among all of the national governance modernization tasks.%中国经过了多年的高速增长后，未来经济社会的发展是否可持续，能否顺利地完成经济增速下台阶的过程、实现转型升级而跨越高收入之墙，是亟待进一步探索的重大问题。站在分工理论的视角，中国经济能否保持继续增长而迈入高收入社会，是一个分工水平能否持续深化的问题，而社会系统的“分化模式”并由此相伴的社会结构和治理模式对其社会“分工状态”有着重要影响。只有在功能分化式的现代社会，才能真正破除限制分工深化的樊篱，推动分工的无限深化，带来经济的持续增长。中国要成功迈入高收入国家，实现创新和转型升级，需要分工的继续深化和专业化水平的不断提高，实现社会由层级式分化向功能式分化的转变，实现社会结构从金字塔型逐渐过渡到网络型、治理模式从功能泛化转向功能分化的现代化转型。所以打破官本位体制，推进政企分开、政事分开、政社分开和政资分开，将是国家治理现代化任务的重中之重。
