Objective: To investigate the preoperative uncertainty response to illness in patients with colorectal cancer and the related influential factors. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was performed in 158 preoperative colorectal cancer patients, and the data were processed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Results-. The total number of valid return was 148 in which available responses accounted for 93.4%. The average score for uncertainty towards illness in the colorectal cancer patients before surgery was 104. 48 ±11. 34. Of the demographic characteristics and general data examined in the questionnaire, the influential factors on uncertainty of patients were associated with proposed surgical approaches, monthly average income of the families and competence of self-assessment of his/her personality, which described the uncertainty towards illness in 34.0% of the total subjects. Conclusion; Moderate illness uncertainty was found in preoperative colorectal cancer patients, and the condition of being uncertain is highly involved in lower monthly income per capita, personality being introvert by self-assessment and proposed Miles operation, suggesting that these group of patients should be given more attention before surgery.%目的:描述大肠癌术前患者疾病不确定感现状,探索其影响因素.方法:采用问卷对158例大肠癌术前患者进行横断面调查,数据采用描述性统计及多元线性回归分析.结果:共回收有效问卷148例,有效应答率为93.4％.大肠癌术前患者疾病不确定感平均为104.48±11.34,处于中等水平.人口学及相关信息中,患者拟采取的手术方式、家庭人均月收入、个性自评是疾病不确定感的影响因素,共解释疾病不确定感变异的34.0％.结论:大肠癌术前患者普遍存在中等程度的疾病不确定感,家庭人均月收入低、个性自评为内向、拟采取Miles手术的患者疾病不确定感较高.
