Vibrio parahaemolyticus is an important pathogen causing food poisoning.The key to prevent the food poisoning caused by V.parahaemolyticus is the rapid and accurate detection of this pathogen in food.This paper summarized the recent research advances in the rapid detection of V.parahaemolyticus by the derivative techniques of PCR in the world, in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for the application and development of this pathogen detection methods.%副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)是引发食物中毒的重要病原菌,因此,快速、准确地对食品中副溶血弧菌进行检测是预防该菌引起食物中毒的关键.综述了近年来国内外利用PCR衍生技术快速检测该菌的研究进展,为该菌检测方法的应用与开发提供一定的参考和理论依据.
