we applied quick lime in the soil of continuous cropping tobacco fields , and explored its effects on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves , the diversity of rhizospheric soil microorganisms of flue -cured tobacco , as well as the activity of rhizospheric soil enzymes .The results showed that:in a degree, using different quantities of quick lime could improve the pro-duction value and average price of tobacco leaves , as well as the proportion of middle -class and first-class tobacco leaves , and u-sing quick lime at the dosage of 900 kg/hm2 had the best effect .The results of BIOLOG analysis indicated that using 900 kg/hm2 quick lime did best to the growth of the microorganisms which lived on polymers , saccharides , amino acids and amines .Moreover , along with the increase in the diversity of rhizospheric microorganisms , the activity of rhizospheric soil enzymes also increased signif-icantly.Therefore, properly using quick lime could improve the rhizospheric micro -ecological environment of flue -cured tobacco, promote the growth of tobacco leaves , and enhance the quality of tobacco leaves .%研究了在连作植烟土壤中施用生石灰对烤烟产质量、烤烟根际土壤微生物多样性及其根际土壤酶活性的影响,结果表明:在一定范围内,对连作植烟土壤中施用不同数量的生石灰均能提高烟叶的产值、均价和中上等烟比例,以施用900 kg/hm2生石灰处理的烤烟表现最优;BIOLOG分析表明:施用900 kg/hm2生石灰的处理最有利于以多聚物、糖类、氨基酸、胺类为底物的微生物的生长;随着微生物多样性的提高,土壤酶活性也得到显著提高。在一定范围内施用生石灰,有利于改善烤烟根际微生态环境,促进烟叶生长,提高烟叶品质。
