Wuling mountain area , a minority area , is the center of cultural diversity and biological diversity in China .General-ized traditional knowledge includes traditional scientific and technological knowledge , genetic resources and folklore , and it is the source of innovation .This article introduces the Chinese traditional villages and traditional knowledge in Wuling mountain area , ana-lyzes the protection of Chinese traditional villages and the inheritance of traditional knowledge of rural communities in this area , and raises several corresponding suggestions .%国家扶贫攻坚主战场武陵山片区，是少数民族聚集地区，为我国文化多样性与生物多样性中心。广义的传统知识，包括传统科技知识（即狭义的传统知识）、遗传资源、民间文学艺术，是创新的源泉。本文介绍该片区中国传统村落、传统知识，分析中国传统村落保护与乡村社区传统知识传承对策，并提出了相应建议。
