干旱胁迫对云烟87不同生育期叶绿素含量影响的研究

         

摘要

The effects of drought stress on the chlorophyll content of Yunyan 87 at different growth stages were studied by pot experiment and water control technique. The results showed that the chlorophyll content of tobacco leaf in different growth periods had a gradual declining trend with the prolonging of drought stress time. In comparison with the control, the treatments of 16 - d drought and long - term drought at resettling growth stage decreased the chlorophyll content by 38. 62% and 41. 27% , respectively; the treatment of 13 - d drought at vigorous growing stage decreased that by 47. 16% ; the treatments of 16 - d drought and long -term drought at budding stage decreased that to almost half. After ending drought stress and carrying out normal water management, the content of chlorophyll increased gradually, and its recovery in 7 - d drought treatment was the fastest, while the recovery was slow in the treatments of more than 13-d drought.%通过盆栽、控雨试验,研究了干旱胁迫对烤烟云烟87不同生育期叶片叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:随着干旱时间的延长,各生育期的叶绿素含量均呈逐渐下降趋势;与对照相比,团棵期干旱16 d处理和长期干旱处理的叶绿素含量分别下降了38.62%、41.27%,旺长期干旱13d处理的下降了47.61%,现蕾期干旱16 d处理及长期干旱处理的几乎下降了一半;在干旱结束、恢复正常管理后,叶绿素含量逐步增加,其中干旱7d处理的叶绿素含量恢复最快,干旱13 d以上各处理的恢复得慢.
