The CO2 concentration in 50 - cm - deep soil under different vegetation conditions near Gangcha county seat of Qinghai province was determined. The results showed that CO2 concentration in rape field was significantly higher than that in artificial shrub plantation and lush grass field, but the change of C02 concentration in lush grass field was the most stable. There was significant and positive correlation between soil CO2 concentration and air temperature, and the variation trend of soil CO2 concentration was the same as that of temperature from the time 10:15 to 17:57.%测定了青海省刚察县城附近不同植被条件下土壤50 cm深处CO2的浓度.结果表明:油菜花地的CO2浓度明显高于人工灌木林和茂密高草地,但茂密高草地CO2浓度的变化最平缓.土壤CO2浓度与温度间呈显著的正相关关系,土壤CO2浓度在时段10:15 ~ 17:57的变化趋势与气温的变化趋势基本一致.
