基质与激素对茵芋扦插成活率效应研究

         

摘要

旨在探讨不同基质、不同激素及其浓度对茵芋扦插成活率的影响,以便筛选出最佳扦插基质、激素及其浓度组合,为茵芋驯化与产业化开发提供理论依据.采用16种基质、5种激素种类及其浓度三因素析因设计,研究各因素及其交互作用对茵芋扦插育苗的影响.试验结果表明:不同基质、激素及其浓度对提高茵芋扦插成活率影响效应明显,扦插基质对成活率影响最大,激素其次,激素浓度影响相对较小.16种基质类型中,珍珠岩30%+泥炭40%+河砂30%混合基质的扦插成活率最优.激素类型中,对茵芋扦插成活率影响效应依次为IAA> IAA+ NAA> IBA+ NAA> IBA> NAA,IBA+ NAA和IAA+ NAA的混合激素没有明显组合效应.激素浓度中,IBA+ NAA、IBA、NAA的不同激素浓度间的差异显著或极显著,浓度效应为浓度升高则成活率降低,IAA+NAA和IAA在不同浓度水平间的差异不显著;但是,清水对照的茵芋扦插成活率最高、平均成活率89.84%,则茵芋组织器官受机械损伤后具有较强的内源激素形成能力.茵芋扦插繁殖的最优措施为清水浸泡穗条和采用珍珠岩+泥炭+河砂(3∶4∶3)混合基质;次优方案为珍珠岩+泥炭+河砂(3∶4∶3)混合基质,配合实施浓度为400 mg/L的IAA激素;河砂基质配合实施浓度为400 mg/L的IAA激素,也是经济实用方案.%This study was designed to investigate the cutting survival rate of Skimmia reevesiana Fort.under different matrix,different hormones and hormone concentrations,to filter out the best combination of matrix,hormones and hormone concentrations,and to provide a theoretical basis for Skimmia reevesiana Fort.in domestication and industrialization development.The three-factor factorial design of 16 matrix types,5 hormone types and hormone concentrations were used to study the cutting survival rate of Skimmia reevesiana Fort.under the various factors and the interaction of various factors.The results showed that the effects of different matrix,hormones and their concentration on improving cutting survival rate were significant,matrix effects on the survival rate was the biggest,then followed by hormones,hormone concentration was relatively small.Among 16 kinds of matrix type,the cutting survival rate of mixed matrix that 30% perlite + 40% peat + 30% river sand was the best,among the hormone types,effects on the cutting survival rate of Skimmia reevesiana Fort.were IAA > IAA +NAA > IBA + NAA > IBA > NAA,the effect of IBA + NAA and IAA + NAA mixed hormone combination was not significant.Among the hormone concentrations,the difference of IBA + different concentrations of NAA,IBA,NAA was significant or very significant,concentration effect was that the survival rate would be reduced if concentration raised,the differences of IAA + NAA and IAA were not significant between different concentration levels;But the cutting survival rate of water was the highest,with an average survival rate of 89.84%,the organs had a strong endogenous hormones forming ability after mechanical damage.The best cutting propagation measure was soaking cuttings with water and using mixed matrix of perlite + peat + river sand (3 ∶ 4∶ 3);The second best measure was using mixed matrix of perlite + peat + river sand(3∶ 4∶3),with the implementation that 400 mg/L of IAA;the measure that sand matrix with the implementation of 400 mg/L IAA was economical and practical.
