香椿天然群体种实性状表型多样性研究

         

摘要

香椿(Toona sinensis(A. Juss.)Roem.)是楝科香椿属植物,其生长迅速,树干通直,素有"中国桃花心木"之称,是珍贵的用材树种,具有很高的经济价值和开发前景.为系统揭示其天然群体表型变异程度和变异规律,对香椿天然分布区内的16个天然群体9个表型性状进行了分析.采用了巢式方差分析、相关分析和聚类分析等多种方法,分析了香椿天然群体间和群体内的表型多样性.结果表明,香椿天然群体11个种实性状在群体间和群体内存在显著的差异,群体间表型分化系数为40.209%,群体间变异小于群体内的(59.791%).果实和种子的平均变异系数分别为13.864%和13.593%,种子的变异系数较小,表明种子的稳定性要比果实的高.对香椿表型性状的聚类分析,将香椿16个天然群体划分为4类.相关结果显示果实质量、果实长度、果宽基、种子长度和种翅长度是影响香椿表型多样性的主要因素.%Toona sinensis(A.Juss.)Roem.is a deciduous,broad-leaved,fast-growing tree species belong-ing to Toona genus Meliaceae.It is a valuable tree species,and has high economic values and developing fore-ground.Objectives of this paper were to investigate the level of phenotypic variation between and within popula-tions.Sixteen natural populations of Toona sinensis(A. Juss.)Roem. were studied.9 cone and seed phenotypic traits of populations were investigated and using nested analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,variance analysis the phenotypic data were analyzed.Significant difference of phenotypic traits between and within popu-lations were found.The mean phenotypic differentiation coefficient between populations was 40.209%,which was less than that within populations(59.791%).The variation coeffients of cone and seed phenotypic traits were 13.864% and 13.593%,respectively.The stability of cone was lower than that of seed. 16 population of Toona sinensis(A. Juss.)Roem. were divided into four groupsby using UPGMA cluster analysis.The results of correlation analysis showed that weight of fruit,length of fruit,length from the widest to the base,length of seed and length of seed wing were the most important phenotypic traits affecting phenotypic diversity.
