不同类型烟草光合特性的比较研究

         

摘要

以烤烟、晒烟、白肋烟3个不同类型的6个烟草品种为试验材料,在相同条件下,对大田生育期烟草光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:大田期晒烟品种的生育期最短,烤烟次之,白肋烟最长;在团棵期和旺长期净光合速率由大到小依次为:晒烟、白肋烟、烤烟,现蕾期和成熟期净光合速率由大到小依次为:白肋烟、烤烟、晒烟;胞间CO 2浓度分别与净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率之间呈极显著负相关,净光合速率分别与气孔导度、蒸腾速率之间呈极显著正相关,气孔导度与蒸腾速率之间呈极显著正相关。%The experiments with tobacco ( flue-cured tobacco ,sun-cured tobacco and burly tobacco ) of 6 varieties of three types under the same condition to study photosynthetic characteristics .The results showed that the sun-cured tobacco varieties had the shortest field growth period ,followed by flue-cured tobacco varieties and burley tobacco varieties had the longest period .In the rosette stage and the vigorous growing stage ,the net photosynthetic rate size order was:sun-cured tobacco>flue-cured tobacco>burley tobacco ,and in the budding stage and the mature stage ,the net photosynthetic rate size order was burley tobacco>flue-cured tobacco>sun-cured tobacco .The intercellular CO 2 concentration had very significantly negative correlations to the net photo-synthetic rate ,stomata conductance and transpiration rate ,the net photosynthetic rate had very significantly cor-relations with the stomata conductance and the transpiration rate ,and the stomata conductance also had a very significantly correlation with the transpiration rate .
