Nine healthy Chengdu Ma wether Goats with the same father were divided into three groups of three each of similar age and weight (41.3±1.2 kg) randomly and fed with the rice straw (RS) basic diets supplemented with 25%(MSL25),50%(MSL50) and 75%(MSL75) alfalfa hay (Medicago sativa Linn, MSL) respectively for determining the digestion and metabolism of energy in the trial goats .The results were as follows:the GE digestibility of the 3 mixed forages ranked from the greatest to the smallest in the following or-der:MSL75 (58.92%)>MSL50 (54.48%)>MSL25 (51.12%),and the GE metabolism ranked in the same order as that of GE digestibility:MSL75 (48.42%)>MSL50 (44.87%)>MSL25 (41.58%),there was no sig-nificant difference (P>0.05) among MSL50,MSL75 and MSL25 except for MSL25 and MSL75 (PMSL75 ( 82.18%) >MSL25 (81.34%) (P>0.05).It was concluded that the associative effects of RS supplemented with 50%of MSL on energy efficiency of goat were evident .%将9只体况良好,体质量相近(41.3±1.2)kg的成都麻羊半同胞羯羊,随机分成3组,饲以稻草基础日粮,分别补饲25%(MSL25)、50%(MSL50)与75%(MSL75)的苜蓿(MSL),采用单因子试验设计,研究稻草补饲苜蓿对山羊能量消化代谢的影响。结果为:总能( GE)的消化率与代谢率自高到低的排序均为MSL75、MSL50、MSL25,其相应值消化率分别为58.92%,54.48%,51.12%;代谢率分别为48.42%,44.87%,41.58%,除MSL75与MSL25差异显著( P<0.05)外,其余组间差异不显著( P>0.05)。 DE 转化为 ME 的效率自高到低的排序为MSL50(82.36%)、MSL75(82.18%)、MSL25(81.34%),组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验的结论为:山羊稻草基础日粮补饲50%MSL的能量利用效率最佳,表现出明显的组合效应。
