广东紫珠栽培技术对药材产量的影响

         

摘要

Randomized block experiment and orthogonal design were used to investigate the effects of different patterns of density, fertilization, stump planting to study the effects of main planting techniques on the yield of C. kwangtungensis, and survey the effects of different planting environments, different seedling provenances, different harvesting methods on the yield of C. kwangtungensis. Which provides a theoretical foundation for laying down regulation for high -yield and good -quality cultivation techniques for C. wvangtungensis. Good soil environment is the important condition for high - yield of C. kwangtungensis. Rational close planting and fertilization are the main measures for increasing yield of C. kwangtungensis. Stump planting is favorable to raising survival rate, germinating more main trunks and increasing biological yield of plant. The results show that C. kwangtungensis grows well on farmland, and strains space 30 cm× 30 cra, fertilizing amount 600 ~900 kg/hm2 ,stump planting, harvesting from two node up to rhizome, one time per year are the best planting techniques.%采用随机区组、正交设计等开展不同密度、施肥与截干栽植等栽培技术试验,探讨主要栽培技术措施对广东紫珠药材产量的影响,以及调查比较不同种植环境、不同苗木来源、不同采收方式对广东紫珠生长与药材产量的影响,为其优质高产栽培技术规范的制定提供理论依据.结果表明:良好的土壤等环境因素是广东紫珠丰产的重要条件,合理密植和施肥是提高广东紫珠药材产量主要措施;截干栽植有利于提高广东紫珠栽植成活率,促进萌发更多主干,增加植株生物产量.经方差和多重比较分析得出广东紫珠最优种植环境为农田,采取30 cm×30 cm株行距栽植,600~900 kg/hm2施肥量,截干栽培,根茎上2个节处1年1次的采收方式等是有利于丰产的系列栽培技术措施.
