Objective: To explore the effects of different drying temperatures on the quality of Callicarpa kwangtungensis. Methods: The retention rate of Poliumoside and Forsythoside B were used to evaluate the effects of different drying temperatures to Callicarpa kwangtungensis . Results:The contents of Poliumoside and Forsythoside B were highest when the crude drugs were drying at 40℃, while the water content of which were the lowest, so the quality was best. Conclusion:The effects of different drying temperatures on the quality of Callicarpa kwangtungens are obvious .%目的:观察广东紫珠药材加工过程中温度对药材质量的影响。方法:以抗炎活性成分金食蚕苷和连翘酯苷B作为广东紫珠药材质量评价指标,评价干燥温度对广东紫珠药材的影响。结果:40℃恒温干燥的广东紫珠药材含水分较低,金食蚕苷和连翘酯苷B含量均较高,药材品质最好。结论:不同干燥温度对广东紫珠药材质量影响较大。
