研究以仙居鸡和隐性白羽鸡为材料,测定亲本P1、P2、F1和F2 4个世代的12周龄体重,应用4个世代数量性状主基因+多基因混合遗传分析方法,分析鸡体重遗传规律,可为该性状的QTL初级与精细定位、体重的选育和分子标记辅助选择育种提供基础.结果表明:以性别和正反交矫正后的鸡12周龄体重为2对等显性主基因+加性-显性多基因混合遗传模型,主基因的遗传率为0.610 4,多基因的遗传率为0.165 9,且两主基因的效应相等.%The inheritance for 12 weeks' weight in chicken may provide the foundation for its mechanisms, coarse and fine mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTL), breeding and marker assisted selection to body weight. Therefore, joint segregation analysis of P1, F1 , P2 and F2 populations derived from a cross between Xianju chicken and Recessive White chicken was used to study the inheritance in this study. The individuals of the four populations mentioned above were measured for the trait. The observations between cock and hen and between the direct and reciprocal crosses were corrected. The results showed that 12 weeks'weight in chicken was controlled by two codominance major - genes with additive - dominan polygene, and the heritability was 0.610 4 for major-gene and 0. 165 9 for polygenes.
