RVA分析辅助选择食用优质早籼稻的研究

         

摘要

采用粘度速测仪(RVA, Rapid visco analyzer)分析不同早籼品种,发现消减值和崩解值等RVA谱特征值,不仅能特异性区分不同品种表观直链淀粉含量(AAC)的高低,也能鉴定中等AAC品种食用品质的优劣。对RVA测定的主要干扰因子分析,发现高温烘干前处理和糙米粉显著干扰,而水质轻微干扰分析,总体上它们并不影响对品种的评价,但样品量严重影响测定结果。在此基础上,形成了更适合育种应用的分析体系。以RVA谱特征值为理化指标辅助选择,成功从早籼与中籼和爪哇稻杂交后代筛选出特优质早籼新品系。%Rapid Visco Analyzer (RVA) was used to investigate different early indica rice varieties. The result showed that, according to obvious differences in setback and breakdown, it could not only distinguish different apparent amylose content of varieties rapidly, but also identify the superior or inferior eating quality of rice varieties with intermediate AAC effectively. The analysis for interfering factors indicated that high-temperature pretreatment, brown rice and water resources might affect the RVA profile more or less, but not affect the evaluation. However, the sample quantity seriously influenced the testing result. Upon this basis, an optimized RVA testing system, more suitable for assisted-selection in breeding practice, was formulated. Using the characteristics of RVA profile as physical/chemical selection indicators, several superior quality rice strains were successfully screened from the progenies derived from the crosses between early indica rice and single cropping indica rice or javanica rice.
