RDX分形生长及其机理研究

         

摘要

使环三亚甲基三硝胺(RDX)溶液在非平衡态下结晶,制备具有分形结构的RDX.通过加入不同的醇类来调节溶液的粘度,改变溶剂挥发速度,从而控制分形生长的非平衡程度及分形形貌.研究结果表明:当在RDX的丙酮溶液中加入乙二醇时,RDX的结晶形貌随溶液浓度的增加呈分形树生长;当加入乙醇时,随着浓度的增加,RDX的结晶形貌发生了从无规聚集到枝晶再到小面化晶体最后长成单颗晶粒的变化过程.结合分形生长条件及醇类性质预测了RDX分形结构的形成机理.%1,3,5-Trinitro-l,3,5-triazacyclohexane (RDX) with the fractal structure is prepared under the non-equilibrium state by crystallizing from mixed solution. Solution viscosity and solvate volatility are changed by adding different alcohols in order to control the degree of non-equilibrium and RDX fractal morphology. The results show that when glycol is added to the acetone solutions of RDX, RDX grows into fractal structure with the increasing of the solution concentration; when ethanol is added into the solution, with the increasing of the solution concentration, the RDX crystal morphology converts from random aggregation to fractal, after to dendrite, subsequently to faceted structure, and finally to single grain. The formation mechanism for the fractal structure of RDX has been discussed based on the fractal growth conditions and alcohols' property.
