Objective To develop a psychological distress scale on the basis of Chinese culture for the clinical treatment of cancer patients to enhance the treatment efficacy. Methods A preliminary questionnaire was formed by interview and focus group discussion. Data from scales which were provided by cancer patients were subjected to exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results Four dimensions that were depression, anxiety, interpersonal barriers and suspiciousness were included in the 20-item scale. Conclusion The scale can be used as an evaluation tool in clinical practice for reflecting the psychological distress of Chinese cancer patients.%目的 研究符合中国文化背景下癌症患者的压力评价量表,为癌症患者的临床治疗提供心理学方面的评价依据,提高治疗效果.方法 通过结构化和半结构化访谈,焦点小组讨论提出一个初步的评价问卷,然后运用形成的问卷对癌症患者进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析.结果 通过研究,形成了一份由20项题目组成的,包含抑郁、焦虑、人际障碍和怀疑四因子的评价量表.结论 经临床验证表明,该量表能够较好地反映中国癌症患者心理压力状况,可作为评价工具应用于临床.
