气相色谱仪数据处理方法研究和软件研制

         

摘要

为了优化气相色谱仪的数据处理方法,提高其分析精度,研究了中位值滤波与小波滤波相结合的两级滤波方法,对色谱信号进行有效的预处理;采用两种基线校正方法对基线进行校正;针对重叠峰,提出了交点垂线法和比例分配法,极大地提高了分峰精度.基于MATLAB语言,编制了离线和在线分析软件,实现上述功能,具有良好的用户界面,并取得实际应用效果.%In order to optimize the data processing method of the gas chromatograph and improve its analysis accuracy,a two-step filtering method combining the median value filter with wavelet filter was studied for preprocessing the gas chromatography signal effectively.Two baseline correction methods were adopted to correct the baseline.Aiming at overlapping peaks,the intersection of vertical method and proportion method were proposed to improve the precision of separating peak greatly.MATLAB language was used in development of the off-line and on-line analysis software for implementing the above-mentioned processing methods.With the good user interface,the soft ware has achieved good application effect.
