基于滑窗平滑的科氏流量计时间差优化算法

         

摘要

提出了一种优化的时间差算法,首先通过自适应格型陷波器对信号进行预处理,然后基于希尔伯特变换计算其相位差.提出了滑窗平滑算法对希尔伯特变换后的相位差结果做进一步平滑,剔除异常值.最后通过交叉标定计算总流量.利用东京计装CCM2000型科里奥利质量流量计验证其性能.滑窗平滑使得小流量误差降低至0.21%,比原方法低25%.此外,研究表明滑窗平滑能有效降低降采样带来的误差.通过对DTFT、SGA等算法进行滑窗优化处理,验证了该算法的泛化能力和推广价值.%An improved time difference algorithm is described.Firstly,signalis are preprocessed through a self-adaption lattice filter.Then,the phase difference is calculated based on Hilbert transform.The glide smoothing algorithm is proposed to smooth the phase difference after Hilbert transform and suppress outliers.Finally,the mass flow is calculated through cross calibration.Tokyo Keiso CCM2000 Coriolis mass flowmeter is used to validate its performance.Glide smooth can reduce the relative error at low flow rate to 0.21%,25% lower than the o riginal method.Besides,the research shows glide smooth can effectively reduce the error caused by downsample.The glide smoothing is used to optimize DTFT and SGA's results which verifyits generalization abilityand promotion value.
