With development of IT application and economic globalization, the world is becoming flat. In this flat world, how to adapt to this new competition en.ironment for higher education and how to culti.ate the IT talents with the international competition ability are the significant issues worth well our tremendous attention and recognition. Through exploration and implementation of the multiform de.elopment policy for international collaboration, the School of Computer Science and Technology, and School of Software in Harbin Institute of Technology are fully engaging in the establishment of the first le.el internationalized computer education system and the culti.ation of IT talents with the international competition ability, so as to enhance the international competition ability of China in this education internationalized flat world.
