采集1303例梅毒确诊患者的血样进行HIV检测,同时对HIV感染者进行甲苯胺红不加热血清试验( TRUST )、梅毒螺旋体凝集试验( TPPA)检测,并分析结果。结果显示,1303例梅毒患者中,合并HIV感染8例,占所有梅毒患者的0.6%,在8例患者中男4例,女4例；二期梅毒4例,潜伏期梅毒4例。2012年新确诊的18例HIV感染者中,合并梅毒感染的HIV患者8例,占所有HIV感染者的44%。%1 303 syphilis patients had seen their doctors at the STD clinic of our hospital in 2012 . All first-visit syphilis patients were screened for HIV. The HIV-infected individuals were tested for syphilis. 8 cases were con-firmed to be HIV-infected individual, which constituted 0. 6% of syphilis cases. 4 cases were male and 4 cases were female among 8 cases. There were 4 cases of secondary syphilis and 4 cases of latent syphilis. Patients with syphilis and HIV infections accounted for 44% of all the HIV-infected individuals during the year.
