Objective To investigate the anticancer effect of Kang'aiping granule in vivo and in vitro. Methods Mice bearing transplanted tumor S180 and EAC were used to study the anticancer effects of Kang'aiping granule.Strengthening body resistance test was employed to observe the immune function of Kang'aiping granule on mice S180. MTT assay was used to assess the viability of BGC-823 cell treated with different concentrations of Kangaiping granule. Results Kang'aiping granule obviously inhibited the growth of transplanted tumor S180 and EAC in vivo.Kang'aiping granule (0. 5 g/kg) combined with small-dose cyclophosphamide(5,10 mg/kg) could increase the inhibition rate of tumor S180. Kang'aiping granule (0. 5,1,2 g/kg) combined with high-dose cyclophosphamide (80 mg/kg) could significantly enhance the level of white blood cells which should be reduced by cyclophosphamide in mice. Strengthening body resistance test suggested that Kang'aiping granule could improve the immune function of mice. Kang'aiping granule could significantly inhibit the viability of BGC-823 cell in vitro in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Kang'aiping granule has definite anticancer effects in vivo and in vitro on mice and its mechanism may be correlated with inhibiting tumor cell growth and improving immune function of mice.%目的 探讨抗癌平颗粒的体内外抗肿瘤作用.方法 检测抗癌平灌胃给药对S180移植性肿瘤的抑瘤率,并观察其对小剂量环磷酰胺抗癌作用的影响;通过小鼠生命延长率观察抗癌平颗粒灌胃给药对艾氏腹水瘤(EAC)的作用;观察抗癌平颗粒对大剂量环磷酰胺的影响;扶正试验观察抗癌平对荷瘤S180鼠免疫功能的影响;四甲基偶氮唑盐法(MTT)观察抗癌平颗粒对BGC-823细胞体外生长的影响.结果 抗癌平颗粒 (0.5、1、2 g/kg)能明显抑制S180和EAC移植性肿瘤的生长;抗癌平颗粒(0.5 g/kg)与小剂量环磷酰胺(5、10 mg/kg)合用能提高环磷酰胺对S180小鼠的抑瘤率,抗癌平颗粒 (0.5、1、2 g/kg)与大剂量环磷酰胺(80 mg/kg)合用能显著提高环磷酰胺降低的小鼠白细胞水平;扶正试验显示抗癌平能明显提高荷瘤S180鼠的免疫反应;体外试验显示抗癌平颗粒能剂量依赖性的抑制BGC-823细胞的生长.结论 抗癌平颗粒有明确的体内外抗肿瘤作用,其作用机制可能与抑制肿瘤细胞生长、提高机体免疫功能有关.
