社区多元化共治是在进一步完善社区警务基础之上的以社区为中心展开的群防群治，其目的是实现流动人口本身对于社区犯罪治理的积极参与。对流动人口犯罪的社区治理应提倡“社区多元化共治”。在微观层面，从环境设计和防卫空间的意义上看，应修复社区中的“破窗”，倡导邻里守望；在宏观层面，应促进社会整合，改善社会认同局面，实现文化融合。%It should advocate “diversity joint governance of the community” for the community governance of the floating population crime.In the sense of the environmental design and the defense space,it should repair the “Broken Window”of the community and advocate that neighborhood keeps watching.In the macro level,it should promote the social inte-gration,improve the social identity situation and realize the cultural fusion.The diversity joint governance of the commu-nity,on the basis of further improving the community policing,is a mass prevention and mass treatment that takes com-munity as the central task and its purpose puts a high value on the floating population themselves′ participation in the community crime governance.
