编织玻璃纤维与碳纤维铺层功能梯度板吸能特性研究

         

摘要

为探讨由SW100/5228A玻璃纤维编织(GFRP)层板与CCF-1/5228A碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)层板以不同比例组成的功能梯度板的吸能性能,用重量80g直径23mm的弹丸对六种比例组成的功能梯度板进行了速度约70m/s的弹道试验。对弹击后的试样进行了损伤分析和剩余强度试验,通过C扫描发现,大面积损伤往往发生在中间层。随着玻璃纤维编织层厚度比例的增加,梯度板的吸能性能有所提高。通过对比背板变形发现,玻璃板厚度比例占5%的功能梯度板适合做结构的防弹装甲板材,而占30%比例的功能梯度板更适合作为人体防护板。%In order to investigate the absorbing energy character of functionally graded plate of GFRP/CFRP with different GFRP ply proportion,a series of ballistic impact tests are performed using weight 80 g and diameter 23 mm bullets with a speed of about 70m/s.Impact damage and residual compressive strength are analysed,and the maximal impact damage area is found on the mid layer with a C-scan device.With GFRP ply proportion increased,the absorbing energy character of functionally graded plates is enhanced.By comparing deformation of back panels,it is found that,the functionally graded plate with 5% GFRP is suited to be made to ballproof armor of structure,but with 30% GFRP is well suited to be human protective armor.
